As you have probably guessed, you are a hacker. Following on from its predecessor, Hacker 1, this game pits you as a master computer hacker who is contacted by the CIA to help them defeat terrorists plotting to overthrow the government of the United States. Unlike the first instalment in the series, this game generally involves moving a cursor around (with the keyboard) instead of typing commands in. The use of graphics is also heavier in this game, although they remain rather dull CGA and the sound is still PC speaker.

A very novel and rather unique game (aside from its predecessor, Hacker 1). These is a small amount of documentation to get you started, but mostly, figuring out how to play is down to you. :-)
